We want you to love every pair you purchase from Heel Your Sole. If something isn't right, we've made the process simple and hassle-free.
Easy Size Exchange (Within 7 Days)
If the size isn't the right fit, we're happy to exchange your footwear.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- All original tags, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable) must be returned with the product.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
Returns (Within 15 Days)
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the footwear must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with all original tags and accessories (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check before the refund is processed.
Refund Policy
Full-Priced Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Eligible for a refund; however, the COD shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale & Offer Purchases
Products purchased during a sale, discount, promotion, or offer are not eligible for a monetary refund.
- You may request a size exchange (subject to availability and the exchange conditions above).
- If a refund is approved for a sale or discounted product, it will be issued only as store credit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
