15-Day Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your footwear must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact (if applicable).
Refunds
You will be eligible for a full refund once you have submitted your return request and it has been verified.
The refund will be issued after the footwear is received and QC checked at our warehouse.
